Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, company, role, email address, phone number (optional), country or market, the partner track you choose and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the website secure and working. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

3. How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and follow up on related business, such as distribution, private label, exports, modern trade or press;
• to keep a record of our business correspondence;
• to keep the website secure and running;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We process the details you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form or contact us, and for purposes reasonably connected with your enquiry. • Service providers who handle data on our behalf: the form-delivery service that passes contact-form messages to our inbox, our website hosting provider and our email provider. Some of them may store data on servers outside India.
• Companies in the Aplus Group, including our subsidiary in Dubai, where this is needed to answer your enquiry, for example an export enquiry from the Gulf.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows from it. After that, we keep it only for as long as the law or our accounting and record-keeping obligations require, and then delete it.

We follow reasonable security practices, the website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
